  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one

  • Need to have full working rights in Australia or appropriate visa

  • Manual Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one

Beneficial
Certificate III/IV in Disability Services, Aged Care or equivalent.

The Role
  • Provide intervention to participants living with various disabilities according to the needs of the business.
  • Ensure a high standard of clinical care congruent with the values of Access Foundation.
  • Developing plans and reports required for NDIS plans.
  • Therapist to work with people across all walks of life to provide a range of supports and services to NDIS participants, including:
    • Assistive technology (aids and equipment)
    • Home modifications
    • Assessment of personal support needs (personal care)
    • Housing assessments for participants requiring Specialist Disability Accommodation
    • Orientation and mobility training
    • Mental Health Well-being
    • The whole life of personal planning
The Successful Applicant Will Possess the Following:
  • Full relevant registration
  • Excellent knowledge of evidence-based practice within the area of the relevant field.
  • Awareness of the principles of person-centred practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Working with Children Check
  • Sound Knowledge of the NDIS (Training provided)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (Quality, Safety, & You)

As Graduate Accountant your main duties will be:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Payroll
  • Bank and other reconciliations
  • Regulatory compliance and lodgements
  • Financial reporting and preparation of management accounts
  • The role will also include administration applicable to accounting practice, such as filing, document maintenance and customer records
  • Other reasonable duties as requested by management
Qualification required for this role:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting
