Graduate Program

We value our therapists and we value their learning, so our focus is on quality over quantity through realistic workloads with built in time for professional development. you will be scheduled into a comprehensive orientation program, where you will shadow a few senior clinicians in our team. They will show you the ropes, including processes and documentation. The shadowing sessions can occur for as long as you feel confident to start taking your own caseload!
