About the Role:
We are looking for a vibrant, professionally presented individual with a warm and excellent telephone manner. You must have the ability to work in a team environment with sound communication, interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills.
Skills Required For the Role:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of NDIS and its services
Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
A positive approach to the people we support and their families
Managing and coordinating meetings, including agenda’s, minutes and all other related paperwork
Additional administration duties as required
High-level computer skills including Word, Excel, Database and Electronic Record Management System, ability to learn new applications
Staff must be enthusiastic, motivated and eager to provide care and assistance to the best of their ability whilst following company standards, policies, guidelines and the National Disability Service Standards.
Experience managing/supervising staff in the Disability sector
Strong coordination, leadership and peer support skills
Right to work in Australia
Qualification Required For this Role:
Tertiary qualification in related fields
Working with Children Check
National Police Clearance
First Aid Certificate with CPR
Driver’s license and access to own vehicle
NDIS worker screening check
